Hydromassage

What is HydroMassage?

HydroMassage is a combination of water, heat and massage in a single system. You will stay fully clothed, dry and comfortably supported while powerful waves of water are directed at specific areas of the body; giving you a deep and relaxing massage (average time is about 10 - 15 minutes).

Therapeutic heated massage provides relaxation, as well as temporary relief of minor aches and pains. HydroMassage offers many of the benefits of traditional massage without the expense or time commitment.

How will I feel during my massage?

You have control of your massage and each individual’s experience will vary. Many people say they feel totally at ease with a deep sense of peacefulness. Others report feeling invigorated as circulation is increased. However, they all have one thing in common, they think HydroMassage is great for on-the-go relief and stress reduction.

Can I do HydroMassage without having a chiropractic adjustment or massage?

Yes, HydroMassage gives you the relaxing benefits of a heated water massage without the drawbacks or inconveniences of getting wet or undressed.

So, in one quick 10-15 minute session, you get all the following benefits of heat and massage therapies:

✓ Temporary relief from minor aches and pains
✓ Reduced levels of stress and anxiety
✓ Deep relaxation and a sense of well-being
✓ Increased circulation locally in massaged areas
✓ Relief from muscle soreness, stiffness and tense

Does this replace my Massage Therapist?

No, HydroMassage does not replace all of the benefits of an actual massage therapist. However HydroMassage is a great warm-up or warm-down to either your chiropractic adjustment and/ or your session with your massage therapist.

Many chiropractors and massage therapists report that patients who use the HydroMassage have more relaxed muscles. This often allows the practitioner to do more advanced work during their sessions. In addition, many therapists and doctors notice longer lasting effects from the treatment when HydroMassage is part of the care plan.

Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
